1. Apple Tart

Ingredients: 4 peeled apples, 120 grams sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp butter, 175 ml milk, 2 tbsp water, 3 tbsp apricot jam (or any jam), 180 grams wheat flour, and 1 ½ tsp baking powder

 

Cooking Steps: Put 2 peeled and diced apples in a blender and blend well (don’t add butter, all-purpose flour, and water to it). Take a container and grease it with all-purpose flour, butter, and water. Add the blended mixture to the pan and keep aside. Cut the remaining apples into thin slices and place them carefully over the top of the blended mixture. Bake it at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Now let it cool and delicious apple tart is ready.

 

2. French Apple Cake

Ingredients: 4 peeled and diced apples, 130 grams sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 100 ml milk, butter for greasing, and a pinch of salt

 

Cooking Steps: Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place it in a greased pan. Now add apple pieces to this mixture but don’t stir them. Now bake it for 30 minutes at 170 degrees C. Soft and moist apple cake is ready. Top it with your favourite frosting and enjoy this delicacy.
