1. Kele ki Sabzi

Ingredients: 2 peeled and diced raw bananas, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1/4 cup oil, 2 whole red chilies, 2 tsp rock salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking Steps:
Heat the oil in a pan and add thymol seeds with red chilies. Once fried, add the bananas in pan and let it coat with the pan mixture. Add salt and keep the flame low. Mix in lemon juice and serve.


2. Vazakai Poriyal

Ingredients: 1/2 cup grated coconut, 3 raw bananas, 50 gram shallots, 4 green chilies, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 3 whole dry chili, 2 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, Salt to taste, 1 sprig curry leaves

Cooking Steps: Add chopped plantains, turmeric powder, salt, and water in a pan and cook until pieces are tender. Next, drain them and set aside. Heat oil in a separate container and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chili. Add coconut mixture and fry for 4-5 seconds and add cooked plantains, mix well.
