1. Blueberry sauce
Ingredients: 2 cups blueberries, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Cooking steps: Add blueberries, water, sugar, lemon juice in a pan; heat and mix it continuously in a medium flame for 10 min until it becomes mesh and thick. Transfer it into a bowl or keep in the fridge and use it after 2 hours.
2. Blueberry smoothie
Ingredients: 1 cup of apple juice, almond milk, half banana, (125gm) frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, and fresh blueberries to garnish
