Overview
Celery is a marshland plant that grows in cool temperature and requires 16 weeks for harvesting. The celery usually grows in temperatures between 60°F and 70°F.
Celery is harvested, mainly with the stalks that grow above the ground and have long, fibrous stalk tapering into leaves.
The stalks are green in colour containing nutrients, and it is about 12-18 inches tall. Celery belongs to the family of Apiaceous and is cultivated as a vegetable. Celery is also known as small age, and its leaves, stalks, and hypocotyl are used for consumed.

1. Celery-Apple Salad
Ingredients: 200 gms celery, 2 tablespoons olive oil, two tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 cups thinly sliced honey dipped apple, 2 cups sliced celery, 1/3 cup sliced onion
Cooking Steps: Combine pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add Apple and the remaining ingredients and mix or toss it. Now it's ready to serve.
2. Celery Juice
Ingredients: 200 gms celery, sliced apple, and coriander leaves
Cooking Steps: Wash the ingredients with water and put them into mixer jar to blend. Once blend this is ready to use. You can serve it in glasses.
