Everest Kitchen King Masala

This Everest blend strikes an even balance between aromatic and flavouring spice agents to give chicken a luscious, inviting flavour. Since this blend is used in apply-and-cook-over-the-fire situations, the flavouring spices predominate, in order not to dissipate under direct fire.

The main ingredients in this masala or spice mix are turmeric and coriander. Also, this powder contains anistar, hing, cumin or jeera, red chillies ground to a powder, cloves, black gram, cardamom, black pepper, poppy seeds, mustard, nutmeg, dry ginger and many other spices.

This spice mix can be used to season various dishes and delicacies like Butter Paneer, chicken and even various everyday vegetable and dal preparations. A pinch of this masala can be added to the seasoning while cooking.
