The Red Globe grapes are large-seeded red grapes with hard flesh used mainly as a table grape. These grapes are about 2 inches wide with dark red skin. Hence, they are bigger, juicier, and tastier than the usual grapes.
Red globe grapes are grown in warm weather outdoors in areas with long growing seasons such as California or Chile. The majority of the production of red globe grapes is confined to America, which is then exported to the entire world.
1 cup of red globe grapes consists of-
1. Red grapes pulpy juice
Ingredients- 1cup red globe grapes, 1 tsp sugar or honey (as per the preference), ½ lemon, and black salt
Cooking steps- Put grapes and all the other ingredients in a mixer and blend well. Do not use water. Once the mixture is ready, serve it cool with ice cubes.
2. Red grape cake
Ingredients- Red grapes, 3-4 tsp butter, 1 small cup powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tsp oil, 4-5 drops of vanilla essence, ½ tsp baking powder
Cooking steps- Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix them well, make sure there are no lumps. Once the batter is ready, add red grapes and mix again. Pour the batter in a cake mold pan and set it well. Add more grapes on top and bake it at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
