Kiwifruit is popularly referred as Kiwi in countries other than Australia and New Zealand. This fruit is also known as Chinese gooseberry, as they originally grew in China.

1. Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients: 2 kiwis, 2 to 3 tsp of sugar, 1 cup milk, 4-5 tsp ice cream (optional)

Cooking steps: Chop kiwis in small pieces, add them to a mixer jar with sugar, milk, ice cream, and blend well. Serve cool. 

 

2. Kiwi Ice cream
Ingredients: 2 Kiwis whipped cream, condensed milk, powdered sugar, lemon zest (optional)


Cooking steps:
Take two kiwis and chop them into fine pieces. Blend the kiwis in a blender. Now, add whipped cream and condensed milk and blend them. Once both the mixtures are ready, mix them well, and add powdered sugar. You can now add lemon zest for a refreshing flavour. Keep the mixture in an airtight container for at least 8 to 10 hours in the refrigerator and your Kiwi ice-cream is ready to serve.
