Overview
Kiwifruit is popularly referred as Kiwi in countries other than Australia and New Zealand. This fruit is also known as Chinese gooseberry, as they originally grew in China.
Kiwi is an excellent fruit since it is nutrient-dense. The most common cultivar shape of the kiwifruit is oval, and its size is as big as a hen’s egg.
The outer shell of Kiwi is of light brown skin that has thin and hair-like fibres, and the inner flesh is light green or golden with tiny and black edible seeds.

Ingredients: 2 kiwis, 2 to 3 tsp of sugar, 1 cup milk, 4-5 tsp ice cream (optional)
Cooking steps: Chop kiwis in small pieces, add them to a mixer jar with sugar, milk, ice cream, and blend well. Serve cool.
2. Kiwi Ice cream
Cooking steps: Take two kiwis and chop them into fine pieces. Blend the kiwis in a blender. Now, add whipped cream and condensed milk and blend them.
