1. Mulberry juice

Ingredients: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 5 cups mulberries, and 2 tbsp cassis

 

Cooking steps: Pick all the berries, sugar, and water. Boil these in the medium flame then let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit. At this point, place the berries in a blender mix. Syrup on them when it is hot. Push the pieces through a thin sieve, set on a bowl, using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon. It removes many seeds and branches. Lastly, put wine in a bowl with pure berries and cool it in the fridge for an hour or more. Serve after it accordingly.

 

2. Black mulberry jam

Ingredients: 1 kg black mulberry, 1 kg sugar, ½ lemon, and ½ cup water

 

Cooking Steps: Wash the mulberry thoroughly and cut off the branches. Place a layer of mulberry in a large pot, at the sugar level until both are gone. After that, cover the pan for 8 hours. Put the pan in medium heat and add ½ cup of water. Boil it for 20 minutes and add some lemon juice, then boil it for another 5 minutes. Let it cool and then store it in the bowl.
