Red Rice (loose)

Ingredients: This rice is unhauled or partially hulled, and has a red husk, unlike the more common brown rice. Nutty in flavor, red rice has high nutritional values, compared to the polished rice varieties major nutrient in red rice is anthocyanin, which is a health-promoting compound.

How To Use - Cooking Red Rice follows almost the same process as normal rice, is ideally cooked in an open cooking pot. It uses slightly more level of water as compared to normal white rice.  

Shelf Life - Red rice can be stored for long in dry and airtight container and stays a year or longer.
