Rocket leaves are arugula or salad rocket, which is a very much essential and nutritious green-leafy vegetable. The taste of these leaves is bitter and peppery, which is used for making a salad vegetable.
Rocket leaves are available throughout the year and grow in well-watered fertile soil and an equal amount of sunlight. The plantation of these leaves is done in the winter season and is being harvested within 40 days.

Ingredients: 250 gm beetroot, 200gm rocket leaves, 2 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 tsp salt black pepper as per taste
Cooking steps: Combine olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper in one bowl. Now add sliced rocket leaves and beetroot and mix/toss it well. Now it's ready to serve, eat and maintain body diet.
2. Rocket Leaves Juice
Ingredients: 3 sliced cucumbers, 1 cup peeled lime, 1 cup sliced green apple, (200 gm) rocket leaves, 1 cup sliced beetroot, and 1 chopped ginger
Cooking steps: Add all the ingredients in a juicer jar, blend it. At last, pour into a glass and serve.
