About Seller: A & A Powder Coatings is situated in Hunt Valley, MD and operates a 575-foot conveyor line equipped with a 3-stage iron phosphate wash system. Our typical turnaround time ranges from 3-5 days, with the possibility of quicker completion depending on capacity and color requirements. We specialize in powder coating applications for various industries including conveyor systems, medical equipment, automotive parts, hospitality fixtures, electronics components, military hardware, elevator components, fencing and handrails, lighting fixtures, and industrial machinery, among others. Our facility can accommodate parts measuring up to 120" in length, 60" in height, and 36" in width with a dead center hang. With 8 automatic guns and 2 handguns in our powder booth, we also offer a burn off oven capable of handling parts up to 120" in length and 72" in width. We maintain a range of in-stock colors and are open to using non-stock colors for specific projects. All parts undergo thorough counting and quality control inspection before packaging in our QC department. We have 2 dock doors available, with the option of utilizing overflow dock doors, as well as a ramp for loading pick-up trucks, cars, and non-dock height box trucks. To provide accurate quotes, we request PDF files, hand drawings, or images of parts with dimensions, color specifications, and quantities. Our expertise extends to coating CR/HR steel, aluminum, and castings, with the ability to work with other metals following a project evaluation.
