Founded by Edward Planeta, the company initially catered to the printer and computer industries by supplying paper guides, stands, levers, electronic chassis, and CRT monitor frames. Acme's expertise in producing lightweight yet durable parts to precise tolerances has allowed the company to establish itself as a leader and innovator in the wire fabrication industry. Serving a variety of markets including sporting goods, telecommunication hardware, medical equipment, and food processing, we prioritize quality in all our industrial wire products from the design and tooling stage. Our in-house tooling and design facilities enable us to work closely with customers to create the best parts for their needs. Led by a trio of siblings, Mary Planeta Fitzgerald, Edward Planeta, Jr., and Michael Planeta, we are committed to upholding the legacy of quality established by our grandfather in the 1930s.
