About Seller: Bernie Sitron worked alongside his father, Jack, in their print shop for several years before deciding to pursue a new direction. In June of 1955, Advance Stamp & Sign was established in Norristown, PA. Initially specializing in rubber stamps, notary seals, and other marking equipment, the business quickly grew under Bernie's leadership. In 1971, Bernie's son Steve joined the company, contributing to its expansion in manufacturing technology and sales. While maintaining a focus on the sign industry, Advance Stamp continued to offer marking equipment and rubber stamps. Steve developed a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business and in 1984, after significant growth and multiple relocations, he took over ownership from his father. Steve successfully continued to grow and expand Advance Stamp & Sign.
