About Seller: Established in 2011, Advanced Metal Mfg. Inc. is located on a 2-acre campus with 2 buildings totaling 41,500 square feet and a secure yard. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016. We have a fully automated Fiber laser cutting system and a new punch Laser combination machine with Extrude and tapping capability. Both machines feature 6 shelf tower load/unload capabilities. Our facility is equipped to handle all your manufacturing needs, with new metal cutting capacity to cut over 500,000 lbs of steel per month, clean cut on Up to 3/8" steel, 1/4" Stainless, and 1/4" aluminum. Our laser cutting systems feature 2KW Fiber lasers with 6 shelf auto loading and unloading towers and line control software for unmanned and lights out operation. We also offer punching capabilities with an Amada Punch with Fiber laser Cell for up to 1/4" aluminum and 10 Ga steel. Our bending capabilities include 14 240-ton press brake with Auto tool changer, a 6-axis robot for a complete Robot bending cell, and automated panel bending machine. Our welding bays feature Mig and Tig welding of Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum, as well as a Motoman Robotic welding cell for tube frames, assemblies, and sheet metal machines. We have a Spot Welder for various materials, a grinding and finishing department, and a Haas VF4 SS vertical machining center.
