About Seller: Alexanderwerk Inc, located in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alexanderwerk AG Germany. Alexanderwerk AG has been a leader in designing and manufacturing pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and chemical equipment since 1945. Our primary focus is on roller compaction, size reduction and granulation, grating/shredding, and moist granulation equipment and systems.
Established in the U.S. in June 1993, Alexanderwerk Inc. acquired a 16,480 SF facility in Montgomeryville PA in 2018. Our new facility includes an analytical lab, two test labs, a non-GMP toll processing lab, a knowledge/training/seminar space, a full-scale repair center, spare parts for immediate shipment, and a dedicated team ready to collaborate.
Our test center is equipped with a wide range of instrumented equipment capable of dry granulation capacities up to 400kg/hr (882lbs/hr), depending on material properties. Our large-scale production units can be set up with a fines recirculation system and utilize our Combi-Vent feeder system for homogenous processing and no yield loss.
With extensive expertise in plant design and continuous processing, we can develop project-specific solutions for challenging applications such as pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, silica, valsartan, battery mass, toner, CBD isolate, fumed silica, and more. Our design and development philosophy ensures easy scalability for product development and commercialization activities.
