Our expertise extends to custom pipe or tube plastic extrusions ranging from .020" OD to 10" OD, utilizing single screw and twin screw extruders. We can accommodate extrusions from paper thin to very heavy wall thickness with unmatched precision. Our team of highly experienced professionals ensures quality at the extruder, offering full CNC plastic fabrication for extruded and injection molded plastic parts. With state-of-the-art multi-tool change machining centers, we guarantee only the highest quality finished plastic fabricated parts. American Extruded Plastics has been a leader in custom plastic extrusion of tube, pipe, and profile shapes for many years. Our equipment includes a range from a small 1" - 24:1 single screw extruder to a 500 pound per hour twin screw extruder. We excel in extruding single plastic materials, as well as co and tri extrusion of both tubing and profile shaped plastic parts. Our in-house engineers use 2D and full 3D CAD (Solidworks) systems to assist with design challenges. All extrusion tooling is custom-built within our company to ensure long-lasting, high-quality plastic parts.
