The hydroforming process involves loading raw tube into hydroforming dies, closing the hydroforming press, engaging sealing rods to seal the ends and fill the part with water, increasing pressure inside the part, pushing the tube into the die with sealing rods, ramping up internal pressure to its maximum value, and finally removing the fully hydroformed part.
