About Seller: Anuva is a family of businesses operating under the "Design to Distribution" model, established in 2008 with the launch of Anuva Services in Morrisville, NC. Anuva Services, a certified minority business by the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, initially focused on offering top-tier after-market and logistic services to customers. Despite starting in a challenging economic climate, Anuva achieved significant growth and expanded the facility's size threefold. Three years later, Anuva diversified by acquiring a contract manufacturing operation with roots tracing back to the Dictaphone operation in Melbourne, FL. In 2011, Anuva Founder Vinu Patel introduced Anuva Manufacturing Services and relocated the headquarters to a new facility in Melbourne, which is AS 9100 certified. The company further expanded in 2012 with the launch of Anuva Resource Solutions, a sister company aimed at assisting clients in hiring talented individuals to support business growth. Anuva Resource Solutions specializes in startups and midsize companies, approaching each HR and financial outsourcing project with integrity and personalized attention. In 2013, Anuva continued its expansion by acquiring TriE Medical Inc., now known as Anuva Innovations, an ISO 13485-certified engineering design and development division providing design, documentation, manufacturing, and testing services. Additionally, the acquisition of the manufacturing facilities of Innovative Electronic Solutions Lighting in Morrisville in early 2014 further enhanced Anuva's portfolio and electronics manufacturing capabilities. These strategic acquisitions align with our company's Design to Distribution vision.
