About Seller: Arin Inc. is a certified WBENC Owned Business that was originally established as a small metal stamping facility in Roseville, MI in 1959 by Stanley Doman. With a vision of providing employment opportunities, Stan Doman laid the foundation for what would become a leading company in the steel rule die industry. Following Stan's passing in 1995, his daughters Gerri Kipke and Carol Gee-Romanoski took over the business and have since expanded it into a multi-building metal stamping and laser cutting corporation. The facility now includes metal stamping presses and four Trumpf laser cutting machines, equipped with a dual pallet loading and unloading system for efficient part turnaround. Arin Inc. has been a pioneer in steel rule die cutting for materials such as mild steel, aluminum, high strength, low alloy, and stainless steel. As the company transitions into its third generation, it remains a family-owned business with two generations of family members among its employees.
