About Seller: Bill Trometer founded Asheville Thermoform Plastics in October 1998 to meet the demand for custom plastic thermoforming services in the southeast. Initially focused on dunnage and thin gauge packaging trays produced with hand-made molds, our capabilities have since grown significantly. With the integration of 5-axis CNC routing machines, solid modeling technology, coordinate measuring machine, and additional forming equipment, we are now able to design, reverse engineer, and manufacture precision components for various industries including communications, medical, and construction. The company is now being led by the second generation of the family, positioning us for further expansion. We currently operate out of a 15,000 square foot facility on five acres of industrial land, with room for future growth. Our services include design, tooling, prototypes, and full production runs, all under one roof to ensure quick turnaround times and top-notch quality. Located in Fletcher, North Carolina, just minutes south of Asheville, we are conveniently situated near major cities like Charlotte, Greenville, SC, and Knoxville, TN.
