Our machining capabilities include complex multi axis milling, turning, and sub-assemblies ranging from 1" to 50" in size. We work with a variety of materials such as aluminum (all grades), stainless steel (13-8, 17-4, 15-5), Navy grades (copper nickel, nickel aluminum bronze, inco), and exotics (inconel, titanium rene, hastx) sourced from bar & plate stock, investment & sand castings, and forgings. Our precision machining services offer tolerances of .0001-.0002, true positions of .001, and finishes down to 4- polished, mirror, and circular finishes. In addition to machining, we provide EDM, gun drilling, splines, broach, laser cutting, welding, brazing, honing, grinding, and other special processing services to deliver parts complete to print.
