About Seller: Bergsen has been supplying cold finished carbon steel from Southern California since 1974. Founded by Bob Bergquist (formerly of A.M. Castle) and Lou Spitsen (formerly of Pacific Tube), Bergsen established a distribution center for cold finished carbon products. Initially operating as a full bundle distributor in Downey, California, Bergsen began breaking bundles in 1986 to better serve their customers. In 1987, Bergsen was acquired by Kiveton Park "Holdings" LTD, leading to an expansion of service capabilities including saw cutting and additional product lines. In response to market demands, Bergsen introduced next-day local deliveries in 2005 to meet the needs of local customers. Following a relocation in 2006, Bergsen further expanded its product line and services to cater to the aerospace and commercial industries. Committed to surpassing customer expectations with exceptional service and high-quality steel, Bergsen takes pride in offering competitively priced materials in the global market.
