About Seller: Blue Ridge Thermoforming is a vacuum forming company located in Greenville, SC that specializes in both thin gauge and heavy gauge applications. Our product offerings include custom designed vacuum formed packaging, pallets, radome, panels, covers, shrouds, and other plastic products. With a team of 25 highly trained employees, we operate on two shifts with the ability to expand to three shifts if necessary. Many of our employees have been with us for over a decade, showcasing our commitment to being an excellent employer. We prioritize continuous improvement and provide on-the-job training for all new employees and products. Our heavy gauge forming capabilities allow for deep draw parts and parts up to 60" x 100" in size. While our equipment can handle various plastics, we commonly work with HDPE, HMWPE, ABS, HIPS, PET/PETG, Polycarbonate, and PVC. Our thin gauge forming lines with inline cutting capability ensure efficient manufacturing, with material thickness ranging from .015" to .06". Common materials run on our thin gauge lines include HIPS, PET, PETG, PVC, HDPE, HMWPE, LDPE, and ABS. Additionally, we have an environment controlled room dedicated to handling and packaging dust/debris sensitive trays.
