About Seller: Borke Mold Specialists, Inc. specializes in the design and construction of molds for plastics. Our company employs a team of 30 individuals and operates out of a 12,000 square foot manufacturing facility. We offer a wide range of mold types, including those for vacuum forming, thermoforming, blow molding, twin sheet forming, and rotational molding. In addition to molds, we also provide services for checking fixtures, steel rule dies, gundrill water plates, sandblasting, welding, vacuum forming sample parts, and pattern making. Our facility includes CNC, pattern, and metal finishing departments, with the CNC department equipped with eight 3-axis machines and one 5-axis machine. We utilize MasterCam software for tool design and programming, and are able to work with a variety of electronic file formats such as igs, dwg, dxf, cdl, and parasolids.
