About Seller: Established in 1976, our company is located in a 30,000 square foot facility in the heart of Silicon Valley. The majority of orders are processed and confirmed through email communication. We currently serve over 1400 active customers, shipping to various locations across the United States, 10 different countries, and 30 locations within China. A significant portion, sixteen percent, of our products are shipped internationally. We are proud to have maintained long-term relationships with our customers, with 31 clients being with us for over 40 years and 418 customers having been with us for a decade or more.
Our company is committed to providing a "just in time" service to help reduce inventory and preserve cash flow for our customers. We have experience in stocking production lines on-site for Cisco before much of their production moved overseas. Our primary goal is to ensure industrial buyers and engineers receive consistent fair pricing, on-time delivery, and effective issue resolution.
While we appreciate reasonable lead times for orders, we have demonstrated flexibility by providing turnaround times as short as two hours in emergency situations. Our team works collaboratively to deliver the best possible service to our customers. We collaborate with engineers to select the most suitable products for their applications, offering assistance in creating drawings and developing unique solutions for specialized needs.
Our facility is equipped with various printing capabilities, including flexo, screenprint, hot stamp, and digital print. We also have a range of cutters, including digital, steel rule die cut, rotary, and laser cutters, to meet diverse production requirements.
