Our company excels in turning, grinding, vertical machining, in-house heat treating, and electrical discharge machining (EDM). We are experts in working with challenging materials such as L605, Hast-X, inconel, monel, and stainless steel. Additionally, we have the capability to manufacture products with a length to diameter ratio exceeding 30:1 and lengths up to forty inches. Our grinding capabilities include crush grinding, surface grinding, match grinding, outside diameter grinding, and inside diameter grinding within 10 millionths of an inch tolerances. With extensive experience in vertical machining, we are adept at handling complex fixtures and strict tolerances. Our heat treating processes are carried out using two aerospace certified furnaces capable of brazing and other heat-treating operations. To complement our primary services, we also offer EDM wire, hole-sinking, and popper style machining.
