We specialize in custom manufacturing of machined components, vacuum brazing services, injection molding, mold repair, frac balls, and diamond tooling. Our advanced machining centers, including 5-axis milling, mill turn, Swiss screw, and EDM machines, are capable of handling prototype to production runs with tight tolerances. Additionally, we provide injection mold component manufacturing, mold cavity building, and repair services.
With high RPM spindles reaching speeds up to 40,000 RPM and pallet changers for automated unattended work, our facility is equipped to handle a variety of materials, including stainless steels, Nickel alloys, Inconel, copper, ceramics, and more. Our vacuum brazing department offers brazing, hardfacing, and heat treating services, with custom furnace profiles for optimized quality and traceability. We work with copper-based, nickel-based, precious metal, and iron-based alloys for brazing.

In addition, our diamond tool department produces high-quality industrial diamond tools for various applications in aerospace, automotive, bearing, semiconductor, engraving, electronics, and fiber optics industries, as well as in research facilities and universities. Our range of diamond tools includes standard and custom-designed diamond point tools, electroplated diamond grit and CBN tools, and brazed super-abrasive wheels, saws, routers, and mounted points.
