About Seller: Welcome to BCI (Buckeye Corrugated, Inc.) New York, where two dedicated General Managers shared a vision to merge the operations of two facilities to enhance speed to market and enhance our customers' satisfaction. The Koch Division in Rochester, NY, led by Kristen Erwin, and the Empire Division in Syracuse, NY, led by Jason Crouch, work together to manufacture corrugated packaging solutions, including retail/shelf ready designs and shipping cartons. Our approach involves asking the right questions to fully understand our customers' challenges, concerns, and frustrations with corrugated packaging. By collaborating with our customers, we develop strategies to continuously improve and reduce costs. We offer various solutions to our customers for ongoing enhancement, such as performance-based specifications, labor cost reduction designs, space-saving options, increased uptime on automated lines, and support from our 9 BCI Divisions across multiple production locations. Additionally, we prioritize sustainability by recycling all paper waste from the converting process, contributing to environmental conservation. Our divisions in Rochester and Syracuse recycled a total of 3,857 tons this year. The Empire Division in Syracuse is currently expanding to a larger manufacturing space and acquiring new equipment to better serve our customers.
