About Seller: Carver Machine Works is a manufacturer and re-manufacturer of equipment and components specializing in Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Stainless, Nickel, and various Nickel Alloys. Carver Machine Works holds the "R" and "U" stamps issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), allowing for the construction and repair of pressure-rated vessels. Our facility is also certified by the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) for Fusion welding of Titanium and high-nickel alloys.
Founded in 1976, Carver Machine Works Inc. initially focused on industrial pump refurbishment for a local chemical plant and mining facility. Over the years, we expanded into new equipment repair services and industries, particularly the Pulp & Paper sector. In 1996, the primary stockholders transitioned ownership to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) trust, ensuring business continuity and providing employees with an equity stake.
In 1998, Carver Machine Works obtained ASME certification, enabling the manufacturing and repair of pressure-rated vessels such as heat exchangers, tanks, and piping. The company underwent a significant expansion in 2007, adding 50,000 square feet to the manufacturing facility and enhancing size and weight capabilities. That same year, Carver Machine Works achieved Nadcap certification in fusion welding through the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program.
By 2008, Carver Machine Works had secured a major contract related to a US Military missile defense system and began manufacturing operations for prominent Equipment Manufacturers. Today, we continue to serve our original 1976 customers and have expanded into industries such as Defense, Aerospace, Nuclear, and Power Generation.
