Our manufacturing capabilities cover a wide range of part sizes and run volumes, including:
- Screw Machine Products: Diameters ranging from .375” minimum to 4” maximum, with typical run volumes from 5,000 pieces to 100,000 pieces and beyond.
- CNC-Turning: Diameters from .375” minimum to 3.2” (bar feed) and up to 14” diameter with chuck, with typical run volumes from tens to thousands of parts.
- CNC-Milling: Sizes from ½”x ½” x ½” to 20”x32”x20”, with typical run volumes from tens to thousands of parts.
- Tube Fabrication: Min tube/bar diameter from .1875” up to 2” square and 3” round tubing, offering capabilities such as Rotary and Press Bending, Flaring, Flatting, Piercing, Swaging, and Notching, with typical run sizes ranging from 50 pieces to the tens of thousands.
- Assembly Services: MIG and TIG welding, Brass and Silver Soldering, Induction Brazing, Pressing, Crimping Operations & Assembly, along with testing services like pressure and leak testing.
