With manufacturing roots dating back to the 1800s, we have expanded our offerings to include a diverse array of products and services. Our substrate service accommodates film thicknesses ranging from .5mil to 10mil and paper weights from 35-165 g/m2. We offer various colors, single or double coated tapes, transfer adhesives, as well as silicone coatings on both sides, compatible with solvent-free, solvent, UV, or emulsion silicone solutions. These coatings are designed for PE (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE), PP (BOPP, MOPP, Cast PP), PET, and PVC liners, with the option to print before the PE coating or siliconizing process. Customers have the flexibility to select their preferred slitting and packing options, perforation types, and winding direction. Additionally, we utilize high-quality Dynaric plastic strapping, durable packaging supplies, and state-of-the-art strapping machines to ensure secure bundling. As a quality-focused supplier, we prioritize lot traceability, meticulous record-keeping, and certificates of analysis to guarantee that we not only meet but exceed customer specifications. All our services are thoroughly documented and certified for conformance and material approval.
