Our substrate service accommodates film thicknesses ranging from .5mil to 10mil and paper weights from 35-165 g/m2. We offer various colors, single or double coated tapes, and transfer adhesives, as well as silicone coatings that can be applied on both sides using solvent-free, solvent, UV, or emulsion silicone solutions. Our coatings feature PE (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE), PP (BOPP, MOPP, Cast PP), PET, and PVC liners. We also provide pre-coating and siliconizing printing options, along with customizable slitting and packing choices, perforation types, and winding direction.
Furthermore, our services include the use of high-quality Dynaric plastic strapping, durable packaging supplies, and state-of-the-art strapping machines for secure bundling.
