Through our Customer Hold Inventory Program, customers can receive their products on the same day or within 2 days, with the option to have their inventory held for 30, 60, 90, or 120 days, effectively reducing their inventory carrying costs. With roots dating back to the 1800s, we have expanded our offerings to include a diverse array of products and services. Our substrate service can accommodate film thicknesses ranging from .5mil to 10mil and paper weights from 35-165 g/m2. We offer a variety of colors, single or double coated tapes, transfer adhesives, and silicone coatings that can be applied to both sides using solvent-free, solvent, UV, or emulsion silicone solutions. Our coatings are compatible with PE (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE), PP (BOPP, MOPP, Cast PP), PET, and PVC liners, and can be applied before the PE coating or siliconizing process. Customers have the flexibility to choose their preferred slitting and packing options, perforation types, and winding direction.
Additionally, our services include the use of high-quality Dynaric plastic strapping, durable packaging supplies, and state-of-the-art strapping machines for secure bundling. As a quality-focused supplier, we prioritize lot traceability, meticulous record-keeping, and provide certificates of analysis to ensure that we not only meet but exceed our customer's requirements. All of our services are well-documented and certified for conformance and material approval.
