About Seller: In 1962, Cold Headers, Inc. was established by Dillard "Did" Duncan and AJ Cada as a national master distributor specializing in socket screws and other industrial fasteners. With a collective experience exceeding 40 years in the fastener and tool and die sectors, the partners aimed to prioritize efficient service to enhance competitiveness against existing distributors. The original location, situated on Elston Avenue, consisted of a storefront with a front office and approximately 4000 square feet of warehouse space at the rear, where bulk inventory was stored on rows of wooden pallets. Since the 1970s, the Duncan brothers, Richard and Bruce, have continued the Cold Headers legacy, transforming the company into a leading provider of custom screws.
