With printing capabilities integrated into our cutting-edge Delta ModTech die cutting machine housed in our ISO Class 7 Clean Room, we are able to design silicone, EPDM, and vinyl caps and plugs tailored to mask threads, pems, voids, and holes for optimal finishes post powder coating, E-coating, anodizing, and plating processes. Our pressure-sensitive adhesives are designed to enhance cost-efficiency, streamline production, and simplify assembly. Our dedicated team works closely with clients to identify the ideal adhesive, carrier, and liner to meet their specific needs while striking a balance between cost and performance. As one of 3M's Preferred Converters, we have access to their full range of industrial and medical tape products. We maintain a stock of 3M products for immediate dispatch or can procure specific tapes upon request. CFS offers various methods for custom die cutting, including rotary die cutting, steel rule die cutting, dieless knife cutting, and precision die cutting, with low-cost tooling and capacity to handle orders of any size. Our addition of a Delta high-speed rotary machine enables us to manage intricate, tight-tolerance projects efficiently. CFS specializes in manufacturing custom gaskets from materials such as silicone rubber, EPDM, Poron®, Santoprene®, RN-8011, and Viton®. We can either source the gasket material or use materials provided by the customer, collaborating with our in-house engineering team to ensure a precise fit for custom gasket needs. Additionally, CFS offers large format cutting and adhesive laminating services, including kiss-cutting and split liners for gaskets requiring adhesive backing.
