We have enhanced our capabilities by incorporating printing into our cutting-edge Delta ModTech die cutting machine, housed in our ISO Class 7 Clean Room. Our expertise in designing silicone, EPDM, and vinyl caps and plugs allows us to effectively mask threads, pems, voids, and holes for impeccable finishes following powder coating, E-coating, anodizing, and plating processes.
The utilization of pressure-sensitive adhesives can lead to cost savings, improved production efficiency, and streamlining of assembly processes. We are committed to providing you with the most suitable adhesive, carrier, and liner to meet your specific requirements while balancing cost-effectiveness and performance.
As one of 3M's Preferred Converters, CFS has access to a comprehensive range of industrial and medical tape products from 3M. Our extensive inventory allows for immediate shipment of 3M products, or we can source a specific tape upon request.
CFS offers various methods for producing custom die cuts, depending on volume and lead time requirements. Our capabilities include rotary die cutting, steel rule die cutting, dieless knife cutting, and precision die cutting. We offer cost-effective tooling solutions and have the capacity to fulfill orders of any size, from 1 to 10,000,000 pieces. With the addition of a high-speed rotary machine, CFS is equipped to handle intricate, tight-tolerance projects efficiently.
In addition to custom gasket manufacturing using materials like silicone rubber, EPDM, Poron®, Santoprene®, RN-8011, and Viton®, CFS provides large format cutting and adhesive laminating services. We offer kiss-cutting and split liners for gaskets requiring adhesive backing.
