This is the primary reason behind the establishment of Deadline Precision. With a decade of experience supporting in-house products, I made the decision to extend my manufacturing capabilities to others in 2022. Customer service holds great importance for me. My college education in mechanical engineering was supplemented by four years of experience working at Disneyland, where I learned the significance of customer satisfaction in a thriving business. Although CNC manufacturing is a distinct industry from an amusement park, the role of customer service remains paramount. As a relatively small operation, I am able to establish personal connections with each client's projects. Every part manufactured in my shop undergoes my personal inspection, from the raw materials to the finished product.
