About Seller: DenTech was established in 1976 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. Our core focus at DenTech has always been on design, machining, and fabrication. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities by reinforcing our core strengths and incorporating advanced technologies such as dust collection systems with Donaldson Torit air filtration, custom machine design and construction, hydraulic and manual fixturing, service center for various types of dust, fume, and mist collectors, electrical control panels, among others.
Throughout the 1980s, DenTech's manufacturing facility experienced significant growth and expansion. Simultaneously, our design and office complex expanded to cater to industries that highly valued our design team's expertise and capabilities. Our commitment to exceptional design and engineering has been a key driver in fostering long-term relationships with clients who repeatedly return for both new and recurring projects.
In 1990, DenTech acquired Evcor, Inc., a sheet metal fabrication company established in the late 1800s, to further enhance our business operations and support ongoing growth. To meet the demands of clients seeking comprehensive solutions, we introduced field installation services for Turnkey projects. As DenTech continued to grow, our operations were consolidated into a single facility in Brownstown, Pennsylvania, in 1994.
Shortly after this consolidation, DenTech merged with Advanced Filtration, Inc., an expert in air quality management with strong connections to Donaldson Torit. Advanced Filtration, now a division of DenTech, combines extensive air filtration and pollution control knowledge with DenTech's design, construction, and installation expertise. Today, DenTech is proud to be recognized as one of only six companies nationwide designated as a Gold Dealer by Donaldson Torit, as well as a factory authorized and trained Warranty Service Center.
