About Seller: RPM Industries, based in Upstate New York in the Finger Lakes region, is a privately owned company led by the Mueller family, with Roger P. Mueller serving as Chairman and CEO. The company was established in 1977 through the acquisition of Dewitt Plastics Co. and The Shoe Form Co., both of which have a combined manufacturing history dating back to 1929. In 1979, RPM Industries entered a joint venture with Polyform Germany to distribute its line of flexible mannequins, eventually acquiring full ownership in 1988.
