These coatings offer protection against corrosion, shipping damage, scratching, and moisture by encapsulating the item until the coating is removed. Items sealed with Dip Seal have a waterproof and airtight coating. Our coatings are cost-effective and suitable for various packaging needs such as tools, metals, bottles, wood products, molds, gauges, and plating masks. They are available in a range of colors, transparent and opaque, to complement your product's branding. Custom colors can be created to align with your company's marketing strategies. Additionally, eight pounds of plastic will melt into one gallon of molten plastic, which is enough to coat around 500 square inches at a 1/10th-inch thickness. Dip Seal also offers a selection of melting tanks in different sizes, including round and rectangular options, with features such as thermostatic heat control and various crucible materials.
