Capabilities: We offer a range of services including CNC turning, Swiss machining, CNC milling, brazing, adhesive bonding, super hard material processing, and mechanical assembly. Our expertise lies in precision components and ultra-high-pressure sealing surfaces.
Manufacturing Support: In addition to our machining services, we provide manufacturing engineering, documentation management, custom delivery programs, supply chain management, CAD/CAM support, drafting, file conversion, and quality assurance.
Materials: We work with a variety of materials including aluminum alloys, copper, brass, bronze alloys, carbon, stainless, and tool steels, specialty alloys such as titanium and Inconel, most plastics, and natural diamonds.
Equipment: Our facility is equipped with Citizen L20 and A32 Swiss screw machines, CNC live tool lathes, CNC mills, CNC EDM drill, vacuum and induction brazing furnace, Rofin laser marking, microscopic optical comparator, Y-Axis dual spindles, and laser cutting and waterjet cutting services.
