About Seller: EBway is a metal stamping company owned by a woman and specializing in fineblank type stampings. With over 60 years of experience, we manufacture tools & dies and production parts for various industries including appliance, automotive, aviation, construction, cutlery, electrical, gun, hand tools, hardware, hydraulic, industrial equipment, lawn & garden, marine, military, off-highway, power tool, and recreation. EBway holds certifications for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
We offer services for proto-type, low production, and high production runs, producing stampings with fully sheared edges and dimensional tolerances up to 0.001". Our capabilities allow for complex shapes, piercing small holes to 40% of the material thickness, and creating web-sections to 35% of the material thickness using "stampable" materials ranging from 0.040" to 0.500" thick.
Within our 52,000 sq. foot facility, we have in-house capabilities for die design, tool fabrication, stamping production runs with 12 presses (100 - 440 tons), deburring, grinding, tapping, CNC machining, Wire EDM, and AIAG PPAP's. Additionally, we offer value-added operations such as plating, heat treating, blanchard grinding, double-disc grinding, lapping, and more.
