About Seller: EBway is a female-owned metal stamping company that specializes in fineblank type stampings. With over 60 years of experience, we manufacture tools & dies and production parts for a variety of industries, including appliance, automotive, aviation, construction, cutlery, electrical, gun, hand tools, hardware, hydraulic, industrial equipment, lawn & garden, marine, military, off-highway, power tool, and recreation. EBway is proud to hold ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications. Our services include prototype, low production, and high production runs that result in stampings with fully sheared edges and dimensional tolerances up to 0.001". We are capable of producing complex shapes, piercing small holes up to 40% of the material thickness, and making web-sections up to 35% of the material thickness using "stampable" materials ranging from 0.040" to 0.500" thick. Our 52,000 sq. foot facility offers in-house capabilities for die design, tool fabrication, stamping production runs with 12 presses ranging from 100 to 440 tons, deburring, grinding, tapping, CNC machining, Wire EDM, and AIAG PPAP's. We also provide value-added operations such as plating, heat treating, blanchard grinding, double-disc grinding, lapping, and more.
