(EFI) was established in the same year in a small office in South Boston. By 1965, the company had outgrown its 3,500 square foot basement office and moved to a 20,000 square foot warehouse. Further expansion in 1972 added another 10,000 square feet to the warehouse. Today, EFI remains a family-owned wholesale stocking distributor of fasteners and related products and services, with five of the original founding families actively involved in the business. This ensures that customers benefit from generations of industry expertise dedicated to meeting their needs.
