We have the capability to perform mill and lathe operations simultaneously for more complex parts. Our expertise lies in machining aluminum, stainless steel, and various plastics such as Delrin and Teflon. By utilizing Bob CAD and Mastercam software, we are able to program and machine intricate 3-dimensional tool paths, and import part files from software like SolidWorks. Our focus on quality control is unwavering, with inspection being a crucial aspect of our manufacturing processes. We have recently acquired a Faro Gage Plus manual CMM for quickly checking critical dimensions to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to our CMM capabilities, we also utilize an optical comparator, gage pins, micrometers, and other inspection equipment to maintain high standards of quality.
