We are able to handle conveyorized mass production or individual parts up to 11 ft. wide, 7 ft. high, and 40 ft. long. With a one-week turnaround time for most projects and a free statewide pick-up and delivery service, Excell is committed to providing top-notch service to our customers. In addition to our coating services, we also offer on-site thermal stripping, abrasive blasting, color coding, and custom color matching. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Powder coating is the electrostatic application of pigmented or clear compounds in finely ground powder form to parts that require a protective coating.
