Our product range includes plastic wall panels, PVC wall and ceiling panels, plastic doors, and plastic concrete forms manufactured according to customer specifications. Additionally, we produce sanitary wall and ceiling panels for clean rooms and laboratories used by industry and the US government. Our plastic wall panels feature a tongue and groove design with a hidden nailing fin to eliminate exposed fasteners, and are complemented by J-trim, inside and outside corner, floor cove, and H-bar accessories. These panels and doors are waterproof, resistant to rotting, rusting, fading, peeling, flaking, corroding, and delaminating. We also offer suspended ceiling panels and grid systems designed for commercial swimming pool and food processing rooms where sanitation is crucial. Our plastic ceiling tiles are reversible, durable, water-resistant, and impervious to pool chemicals and most cleaners. All Extrutech pvc wall panels and ceiling panels are Class A rated under ASTM-E-84 for smoke and fire resistance. We are proud to be ISO 9001-2008 QMS compliant. Our vinyl wall panels and ceiling panels come with a 15-year warranty and are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks of ordering. The Extrutech FORM is a 6-inch "stay-in-place" concrete form for poured walls, measuring 24 inches wide and featuring snap-together assembly for quick installation. This waterproof form provides a smooth, easy-to-clean surface on both sides of the finished poured wall. Custom-made to order, the Extrutech FORM creates a builder and customer-friendly structural concrete wall system suitable for use in dairy, car wash, food processing facilities, and retaining walls where ease of cleaning and sanitation are essential.
