About Seller: Fastening Products Co., Inc. was founded in 1971 with a focus on distributing standard threaded products. Recognizing a growing demand for specialized products, the company invested in its first piece of equipment, a Warner Swasey turret lathe, in 1974. Over the past three decades, Fastening Products Co., Inc. has expanded its capabilities to include over thirty pieces of equipment, including state-of-the-art CNC lathes and vertical machining centers. Today, we continue to operate out of our 17,000-square-foot facility in Delaware County, PA, serving a diverse range of industries such as military, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), petrochemical, and mass transit.
