About Seller: Established in 1971, Fastening Products Co., Inc. initially focused on distributing standard threaded products. Recognizing the demand for customized products, management invested in its first piece of equipment, a Warner Swasey turret lathe, in 1974. Over the course of 30 years, FPC has expanded its capabilities with over thirty pieces of equipment, including state-of-the-art CNC lathes and vertical machining centers. Our headquarters remain in Delaware County, PA, where we operate out of our own 17,000-square-foot facility. We cater to a diverse range of industries, including military, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), petrochemical, and mass transit.
