Our extensive range of depaneling equipment includes low cost benchtop tools like the N100 PCB Nibbler for singulating tab routed panels, as well as high volume production systems such as the K6000 In-line Multiple Circular Blade Depanelizer for singulating pre-scored boards. What distinguishes us from our competitors is our ability to deliver customized solutions to meet your PCB singulation needs. While our standard equipment is suitable for most depaneling tasks, there are instances where unique board geometries and specific designs require non-standard applications or additional tooling for efficient board handling during the singulation process. Our in-house production department can manufacture and assemble both prototype tooling and tooling for enhancing the depaneling process. All standard products are readily available and can be shipped upon order placement. Spare parts and replacement blades are stocked to ensure uninterrupted production. The FKN sales and service department is ready to process orders and address routine technical inquiries. For advice on tooling and inquiries necessitating more complex design solutions, the engineering department is on hand to assist.
